Information you give us
When you call, fill in the enquiry form or send us a message, we collect the details you choose to provide. That is normally your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and a description of the bathroom, ensuite or laundry you want renovated. You may also send photos of the room.
Calls to our number may be logged or recorded so enquiries can be routed and followed up accurately.
At a measure, photographs and notes about the room are taken. You might also share documents such as an asbestos report, building plans or strata correspondence.
Please do not send bank details, credit card numbers, identity documents or passwords through this website. We never ask for them here.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a measure, prepare a quote and follow up with you about the work. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
This website refers enquiries to the licensed builder we work in partnership with. Your contact details and the information about your room are shared with that builder so they can contact you, carry out the measure and quote.
Once you deal with the builder directly, what you give them is handled under their own privacy practices.
If a job involves asbestos, relevant details may be shared with a licensed asbestos removalist, and with a regulator where the law requires.
For strata work, information may be shared with your owners corporation or strata manager at your request.
Service providers
We use third-party platforms to host this website, manage enquiries and handle phone calls. Those providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Storage and retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and meet any legal record-keeping obligations. After that they are deleted or de-identified.
